Broad Oak Park
Broad Oak Park lies in Little Common just north of the A259, Little Common Road. There are a number of pedestrian entrances and parking is available at Little Common Recreation Ground and off Broad Oak Lane.
The park consists of several meadows set amongst woodland with numerous footpaths. All the meadows have mown paths across or around them, allowing for easy walking and there are no gates or stiles. There are also some signposted horse rider trails.
In the summer the park is alive with butterflies and dragonflies can be seen hunting over the meadows. Many wild flowers can be found around the park including a few orchids. Lots of birds nest in the woods and rabbits can often be seen along the paths.
The park is managed by Rother District Council.
